Hello students, parents and anyone else who may be viewing this web
page. With few exceptions, I think we all need less, not more,
screen time in our lives, so I'd like my students to use this page
as a reminder to switch off the computer, get up, and engage with
someone or something NOT on a screen. Outside, find living things,
rocks, architecture, weather, who knows what... inside find real
chores that need to be done, people to talk with, pets to get to
know better. Listen to music, make music. Read great literature,
and write often. Biology and Primate Biology students, you have
access to carefully selected, excellent textbooks. Get to know
them! To prepare for class, study your notes, re-organize and
condense them, and talk over the subjects with your classmates. To
